The hotel rooms provide plenty of space, a view of the lake, and are extremely comfortable, but are in need of refurbishment. The staff is highly accommodating, but improvements in breakfast service are needed. The location offers easy access to attractions, but some challenges exist. Overall, a mixed experience with great comforts and some areas for enhancement.

The hotel has very quiet rooms that are so peaceful that a couple are even used as a sleep clinic. While the room rates were on the pricey side at around $100 a night, I did experience a bit of an issue with unannounced staff entry into my room, which was uncomfortable.
